Big Fun for Everyone!

From fantastic community fundraisers and trainings, to Adventurous Activities for our participants, Big Brothers Big Sisters of El Paso truly has something for everyone.

Our Fundraisers

Bowl for Kids' Sake

Spring at Bowl El Paso
Our Annual Bowl-A-Thon
Bowl, Eat, Have Fun, WIN AWESOME PRIZES!
Teams consist of 5 members…friends, family, co-workers, etc. Team members raise $60 each, and receive 2 hours or 2 games of bowling, food, t-shirt, and bowling shoes. A live DJ keeps the music going and energy up, while giving away great door prizes every few minutes. Fun for the whole family. Kids’ activities available for those too young to bowl. A fun team-builder or morale-booster for companies.

Dance for Kids' Sake

November 4, 2017 at The Plaza Theater
Our 10th Annual Spin on “Dancing with the Stars”
El Pasoans step up as Star Dancers & Judges to raise money & awareness for Big Brothers Big Sisters mentoring. Dancers set a $3,000 fundraising goal & prep with free dance lessons courtesy of New Horizons Dance Academy, Desert Eagle Productions, El Paso DanceWorks, and Shundo Ballroom Dance Studio. The hard work culminates with a fabulous night out with live music & spectacular dance performances.

Big Magic Breakfast

Winter at the Double Tree Hotel Downtown
A great way to learn about our program. This event is a unique way of introducing our incredible mentoring mission to new potential partners, donors, and volunteers. Table captains fill their seats with people who want to learn more about Big Brothers Big Sisters. It is a powerful and inspiring morning featuring testimonies from some of our best mentor/mentee matches. There is no cost to attend, but guests are asked to make a donation at the end of the event.

Contact Development Director Rebecca Romero at rreynolds@bbbsofep.org for more info on being a Table Captain.

Free Activities for Bigs, Littles and Families

Big Brothers Big Sisters is happy to offer monthly Match & Family Strengthening Activities for Bigs, Littles and Littles’ parents and siblings. We enjoy outings to places like Rockin’ Jump, Chihuahuas Games, art/science/history museums, picnics, movie days, Western Playland, and much more.
